Submission

Submission guidelines

 

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
Full papers should provide detailed original research contributions. They must report new research results that represent a contribution to the field. Sufficient details and support for the results and conclusions should also be provided. These papers are limited to a maximum of 6 pages.
Short papers should report ongoing research and projects and are limited to a maximum of 4 pages. They should provide the overall research methodologies, with some preliminary results.
Student papers are a special type of submissions intended for undergraduate and master students, limited to a maximum of 4 pages. These papers will be part of special student sessions, where the authors can present their ongoing work, or demonstrate practical implementations.

For submission of the papers, please use the Easy Chair Conference Management System.
Papers that don't comply with the rules in the template will not be reviewed and will not be considered for publishing.

Conference fees

 

Before April 16, 2024:

Students and postgraduates: 50 €

Regular participants: 80 €

After April 16, 2024:

Students and postgraduates: 60 €

Regular participants: 100 €

Registration

 

In order to register, please send us an email to ciit(at)finki.ukim.mk with you Name, Surname, affiliation and payment confirmation.

At least one author per paper has to be registered in order to be able to give the presentation at the conference. Only registered and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

Registered regular participants can publish one additional accepted paper free of charge.

Payment information

In order to prepare an invoice, we need information about who the invoice should address to (who will pay the invoice). If the payer is an individual, we need the person's Name, Surname, affiliation, and correspondence address. On the other hand, if the payer is an institution, we need the name of the institution and address data.


We will send you the invoice after receiving the required info.
